Returns

Stripes Creations is committed to 100% satisfaction on every product sold. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within (5) days of receipt for a free replacement or refund. Please contact us through our contact page. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Posters may be returned using the original packaging under the following terms only if you receive:

1) Incorrect product(s).  2) A faulty or damaged product.

Packing

All posters and prints come rolled up in tubes. Bulk purchases will be in sealed boxes.

Prices

Listed with the product(s) you are purchasing. Prices subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address you provide us at the time you make your order. Orders will be processed once full payment has been received. Your order will usually be sent within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery within the UK should take 5-10 working days to cover unexpected circumstances that may result in delays.

Delivery within Europe should take 8-10 working days depending on size and quantity. We ask however that you allow an extra week to cover any unexpected circumstances that may result in shipping delays.

Delivery to USA/Canada should take 10-18 days depending on size and quantity. We ask however that you allow an extra week to cover any unexpected circumstances that may result in shipping delays.
